Okay, I am so not excited about having to lose weight. But I know that I am overweight (I guess that is what four kids does to ya). I have never had to lose weight before. It kind of just came off. But I guess now that I am in my 30s I have to try a little harder. So my goal is 25 pounds by next summer. My brother is getting married at the beginning of August. I will have it all gone by then. If it happens sooner, then YAY ME!!

So I weighed myself last week. I was SO not happy with what I saw. It was then and there that I decided I am starting NOW! So I did pretty good for a few days. I had one day of weakness (okay a couple of days) but I am back on track now. (Darn Halloween!) The good news is I weighed myself yesterday (that is weigh-in day) and I didn't gain, but I didn't lose anything either. So I am doing a good job. Just have to keep focusing on my goal - 2 pounds a week. I'll get there. (Did I say DARN HALLOWEEN!!)

My mother and I will be keeping a journal of what we eat and what we do for exercise everyday. So for today. . .
Breakfast:
Carnation Instant Breakfast Drink
Small candy

Lunch:
Caesar Salad
Small Candy

Dinner:
Don't know yet

Exercise:
30 minute run on treadmill
